Terms of Service.

Last updated · 12 May 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of AquaAssure, the pool compliance software operated by Danny Andrews trading as AquaAssure (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

AquaAssure provides web-based software for recording water quality readings, managing planned preventative maintenance, generating compliance reports, and storing audit evidence aligned to HSG179 and PWTAG guidance. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis. We do not provide regulatory consultancy or sign-off — responsibility for compliance with applicable law remains with the duty holder.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must not share access with anyone outside your organisation. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of sign-up. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing month. There are no contracts and no refunds for partial months, except as required by law. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; no card is required to begin a trial.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AquaAssure. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export your data at any time as PDF or CSV. After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days, then is permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

AquaAssure is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any failure to meet regulatory obligations that remain the responsibility of the duty holder.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
